We are not liable for losses caused by inaccurate or late client information.

We will:

  • Provide services with reasonable care, skill, and diligence
  • Maintain confidentiality
  • Comply with relevant professional and legal standards
  • Meet regulatory obligations
  1. Fees and Payment
  • Fees may be fixed, hourly, or recurring, depending on the engagement.
  • All fees must be paid by the due date on the invoice.
  • Late payments may incur interest under the Late Payment of Commercial Debts Act 1998.
  • We may suspend services for non-payment.
  1. Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by UK law:

  • We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses.
  • Our liability for any claim will be limited to the total fees paid for the service in question.
  • We do not accept liability for actions taken based on incomplete client instructions.

This does not limit liability for death, personal injury, or fraud.

Both parties must keep confidential information private, except:

  • Where disclosure is required by law (e.g., HMRC)

  • Where necessary to deliver services

Upon termination, all outstanding fees must be paid.

We are not responsible for failures or actions of third-party providers beyond our control.
