We are not liable for losses caused by inaccurate or late client information.
- Our Responsibilities
We will:
- Provide services with reasonable care, skill, and diligence
- Maintain confidentiality
- Comply with relevant professional and legal standards
- Meet regulatory obligations
- Fees and Payment
- Fees may be fixed, hourly, or recurring, depending on the engagement.
- All fees must be paid by the due date on the invoice.
- Late payments may incur interest under the Late Payment of Commercial Debts Act 1998.
- We may suspend services for non-payment.
- Limitation of Liability
To the extent permitted by UK law:
- We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses.
- Our liability for any claim will be limited to the total fees paid for the service in question.
- We do not accept liability for actions taken based on incomplete client instructions.
This does not limit liability for death, personal injury, or fraud.
- Confidentiality
Both parties must keep confidential information private, except:
- Where disclosure is required by law (e.g., HMRC)
- When consent is given
- Where necessary to deliver services

Upon termination, all outstanding fees must be paid.

All website content, branding, and materials are owned by Diversity Accounting & Business Advisors and may not be copied without permission.
- Third-Party Services

We are not responsible for failures or actions of third-party providers beyond our control.
- Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
Any disputes will be handled by the courts of England and Wales.
